  We always stop here and find the service and food excellent. Lots of truck parking. Steaks are awesome.

  Very rude wait staff. The only thing good about this place is the beer vendor and the food. I'm really holding back here because I don't want them to bar me from buying beer. I called to place a food order. This place has some obscure names for their burger list.( ie. The nor'wester, the lagemodiere burger, etc.,...)So if you don't know what each of those burgers has on it you have to explain exactly what you want. Or, the person that answers the phone should be able to list each of those burgers by name and explain what's on them so you can choose. So I call and said I'd like to order some burgers... "k well which one??" "Well...the double you guys have, I can't remember the name plus I want the single" "k well you want a cheeseburger, hamburger?" "well there's cheese on it...I think it's called the lagemodiere." "is that it?" "No I'd like a poutine. Gravy on the side" "ok your name" "Glen" "can I have your name for the order" "Glen, and what is your name?" "(Incoherent mumble" "and what is your name?" "Brittany, 20 minutes" *click. It was a more detailed conversation but the gist of the conversation was...she was unable or unwilling to make her customer happy. (Brittany, next time someone calls and says they want a burger you say "we have the regular hamburger, cheeseburger. It has pickles mustard on it. We have the nor'wester burger. It has all of the above with lettuce tomatoes and bacon. We also have the lagemodiere burger it's the nor'wester but with a double patty, and it's my personal favorite" blah blah blah you catch my drift. You did none of these things and assumed I knew exactly what was on your menu. I don't. Try selling your food instead of just taking orders.) I was thinking what a rude person. I wonder why she was so rude? Oh well she's probably having a bad day. So I drive down there totally forgetting the conversation as it wasn't a big deal...just hoping they wouldn't spit in my food... So I get there and I'm standing in the lounge waiting for SOME staff to appear (which is usually the case here...always waiting for someone to come around) when someone sticks their head out of the kitchen. "Are you Glen?" "Yep! How much longer, do you think?" "It's ready" I thought how nice...that was fairly quick! "So does the rudeness on the phone come naturally to you?" I'm thrown aback "me? I was rude? YOU were rude! Maybe you should learn your menu so that you can help customers decide what they want." Then this girl starts spewing garbage about me being rude and I wanted to talk to management and complain but they banned me from this place for some piddly little reason before so I didn't want to stir the pot and get banned again as I still need to get my beer from the vendor. Try ti-beauville restaurant down the road. It's has comparable food but the staff is infinitely more pleasant, plus more menu items. I gotta say tho aside from the rude staff(not all but at least half of the staff is rude af..) their food is excellent, the pizza is pretty darn good too. Best pizza in town. I was going to give one star but I'll give 2 because the food is pretty darn good here.
